Take 82 West into Albany, turn right onto Washington Street, 2 blocks to Pine Avenue. Turn left onto Pine to approach front door of courthouse, go one more street to Flint for parking.<
Go to the Probate Court Clerk and show your ID and Proof of Residence. Take $34.95 in cash or check (no more money order to GBI) answer a few questions, take your receipt next door to the police station to be digitally finger printed. Total time to apply is around 30-45 minutes total.
