Take copy of Application and a $29.00 MO (Permit Fingerprint/Processing fee) to County Detention Center on Route 52 East, about 4 Miles out of town. Park outside Gate and walk to left-hand door of building. Present/show Application packet to Security and you will be escorted inside for Digital Fingerprinting. Again, friendly service.
