Glynn County Probate Court is on the 3rd floor.
8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
An application fee of $35.00 (cash or check), payable to Glynn County Probate court, $10.00 cash for the Glynn County Sheriff’s Office 1812 Newcastle Street, Brunswick (912-554-7600) to cover the cost of fingerprinting and local records check. Local checks are accepted with picture ID and telephone number(s).
On new applications, this process may take as much as three months, but usually for renewals the time is 7 to 10 days, and normally not over 30 days for new applicants.

Went to the Probate court and filled out the paperwork, paid the $35, then went to the Sherrif's office the next day and got fingerprinted, a few days later they called me and told me I didn't sign my license and to come in and sign it and they would issue my license at that time. Very fast turn around for a license. I did have a firearms license from 2001 - 2006 , so that may have made it go faster.
